I approach technical issues step by step: analyse symptoms, identify the cause, apply a solution and verify that everything works.

My skills include Microsoft Windows, software installation, Windows Remote Desktop, laptop and desktop troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals from CCNA and CCNP topics. Alongside IT, I also work with montage and video editing.
